And there was Jess somewhere in the middle, so... in answer to your question, no Rory and Dean are not together, they never got married, sorry. Logan proposed to her but she turned him down cuz she wanted more time, and he ends up leaving her. She seems to be alone in the finale, cuz Logan was moving.
