What sort of dish would go good with Ribollita?

I was going to make a nice meal for this chilly day, and I decided on Ribollita. But I'd like to know what would be a good side-dish with it (aside from bread)? And I'd like to make a dessert with it, but I'm not sure what would be great after that kind of soup. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you very much!
