Why is Kyle Busch racing Jimmie Johnson so cleanly?

At Charlotte last week and at Martinsville yesterday they raced lap after lap after lap and Kyle didn't help his teammate out by spinning Jimmie. On both occasions Kyle finished ahead of him. Kyle is out of the running for the cup, but he could help Denny in the overall points. All he would have had to of said was I got loose or my brakes faded?
