How do you convert songs from Napster to itunes?

You can't. There is DRM (Digital Rights Management) on the WMA files, and they are not compatible with iTunes or the iPod. They are only compatible if you burn them to a CD, and re-rip them in iTunes without the DRM, or when using a Napster2Go compatible MP3 player, which the iPod unfortunately isn't.
