What can i do if my Employer (Harvey Norman) fails to pay me on time?

My employer (a Harvey Norman Franchise) failed to pay me on my schedule pay day (last Thursday). Apparently Harvey Norman has just changed payroll providers to a company called Neller or Nellar (not sure how yo spell it!). Is there anything i can do? I had payments due to be deducted on Thursday and as there were no funds in my account i've now been hit with fees and charges. I was paid a day late and was not paid until Friday. Is there anything i can do??
