7wks6days prenant spotting?

i called my dr and he said that my spoing is from where we had yesterday morning . i had been on my feet alo yesterday and i didnt tell my dr that. i got up this morning and had some bleeding and he thought maybe it was from . he also old me that it isnt unusaly to have bleeding in he 1st trimester. i lost a baby 4 monhs ago and i am scared i will be 8wks on tuesday. i am sittin with my feet propped up and hoping it will work out.dr said i can go on with my activities that it won stop if i is a miscarriage. i hope everyone prays for me.has ayone experienced any of this
