Direct TV installed and antenna on my house without my authorization?

Yes I belive they are supposed to have OWNERS consent before they install the stuff. My parents had a paper they were to take to the owner of the house and the owner was to sign it to give the okay to have it installed. I would ***** at both p;arties and make sure that no one forged your writting!
