Iguana emergency need an expert on the little guys!?

So today i was giving my iguana a look over checking for bumps on his his scales and below his rib cage on the left side i noticed something internal like a bulge it felt like bone about the size of a marker cap he is only 2 years of age so he is quiet small so does anyone know what it is or is it not supposed to be there? please help I'm worried
