Pain in lower left intestine?

This is day 7. The pain goes from a dull "you know I'm here" to sharpness. You can cover the area with your hand, from left hip across. It is TENDER. Have had complete hysterectomy, no cervix, no appendix... any ideas. Eating doesn't seem to affect pain/tenderness. Loose stool, small, lots of water, but not diarrhia, no constipation.
