What are two disadvantages about living in San Diego, California?

I am doing a project of a place I would like to live. I chose San Diego, California. In one of the questions it asks for two drawbacks/disadvantages about living in this place I'd like to live. I googled it, and the only thing people could come up with is that the beaches are crawling with homeless people. That, to me, isn't really a disadvantage because I doubt they bother you at all. So please help me with REAL disadvantages for my project, by the way, I'm in 7th grade so don't make it inappropriate. Thanks <3
