Does it matter which Air Force recruiter you sign up with? I am from Indiana and live in Minnesota now.?

I am 26 years old and born and raised in Indiana. Going to try to be an officer, if not go enlisted. Will I end up in MInot, North Dakota if I sign up in Minneapolis area?
