Why'd pitbull the singer/rapper write these lyrics?, what is it all about.?he says "mami,el negroh" offensive?

He didn't write that. That is taken from a much older Spanish song. And He is just describing the girls skin color saying "That dark one this tasty one and when your touch it she goes crazy". In spanish it isnt as it seems in English. Nothing offensive. : ]
